The easy on/off knob makes them convenient to use. Pro models have a stronger hold with two 30mm rare earth magnets. Pro Fence model provides downward pressure on your jointer table as well as steel fences used on router tables, shaper tables and table saws. Pro Fence model can also be used as a table saw featherboard for fences placed on the left hand side of the saw blade.
